HALL OF HONOR
Mike Stramiello was a three-year letterwinner on Colgate’s football team. A starting end all three years, he saw the Red Raiders posted an 8-1 record in his senior year, which included shutout victories over archrivals Syracuse and Brown, and against Michigan State. He was named all-East in 1929. As an undergraduate, he also won a numerial in freshman track and was heavyweight boxing champion in 1928. Following graduation, Stramiello played football in the National Football League for four years. He was with the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1930-32 and 1934, and also played part of the 1932 season with Staten Island.
