HALL OF HONOR
Braden Houston devoted more than 30 years to the Colgate athletics department, serving as the head coach for men’s hockey (1972-1975), women’s hockey (1995-1999), and men’s golf (1978-2005). He also served in various administrative roles, including the positions of athletics business manager, assistant athletics director, associate athletics director, and acting director of athletics. Houston served 26 years as the Chair of the Colgate Athletics Hall of Honor. A two-time Patriot League Coach of the Year in 1990 and 1991, Houston’s overall men’s golf record finished at 209-38-1, which included a 29-duel win streak from 1977-1978.
