HALL OF HONOR
Fred Von Zuben was a defensive standout for the Colgate hockey program. He served as captain of the 1962-63 team while guiding the club to an 18-5-1 mark and its first-ever berth in the ECAC playoffs. He was named first team all-East in 1962 and second team in 1963. He had the record for most points in a game (7), most points in a season (47) and career (81) by a defenseman (47), and most goals in a season (24) and career (38) by a defenseman. He averaged 1.40 points per game during his career.
