HALL OF HONOR
"AB" Hermann left his mark in three sports: football, basketball and baseball. He earned a total of 10 varsity letters, with three in football and basketball and four in baseball. In his senior year, he was captain of the basketball and baseball teams. His forte was baseball where he was the leading Red Raider hitter in 1923 with a batting average of .481. The slick-fielding third baseman played professionally with the Boston Braves.
