HALL OF HONOR
Jim Wallace was a standout hockey player for the Red Raiders from 1981-84. He finished his collegiate career ranked fourth all-time in points scored with 189, and goals scored with 78. He was a two-time winner of the Steve Riggs Memorial Trophy, given for gentlemanly play and high standard of playing ability. Wallace took only 18 minor penalties in 127 games. In his senior year, he was named most valuable player at the Syracuse Invitational Tournament and selected for the East-West AllStar Game. Wallace helped the Red Raiders post a four-year record of 75-46-7 including three trips to the Eastern College Athletic Conference playoffs, the first two 20-win seasons in school history and the first trip to the NCAA Tournament.
