Kaitlyn Lynch was a four-year starter for the women’s soccer team as a defender and was named a Regional All-American in 1994. Lynch was the first women's soccer player in the Patriot League to earn first team honors all four years and served as a team captain on a team that won three Patriot League championships and two ECAC titles. Lynch was named to the Patriot League All-Decade team (90-99) and in 2015 was selected to the Patriot League 25th all-aniversary team.
