HALL OF HONOR
Katie Russo lettered four years in field hockey for the Raiders and was named co-captain her senior season. In 1994, Russo helped lead the Raiders to nine wins, the most since 1988, including a 2-0 upset of nationally ranked Providence. She was named to the All-Mideast Regional second team and all-Patriot League first team twice during her junior and senior seasons. She was also named the Patriot League Rookie of the Year in 1991 and to the Patriot League All-Decade Team ... Four year letter winner ... Patriot League Rookie of The Year - Freshman ... Patriot League First Team All Star her sophomore, junior and senior seasons ... Captain as a senior ... Second Team Mid-East Regional All American junior and senior ... All Decade Team ... Team's Offensive Player of the Year as a junior ... Team's Midfielder of the Year as a senior ... North/South Senior All-Star as a senior ... Returned as the assistant coach under Cathy Foto, where the team won their first and only Patriot League Championship trophy.
