Track and Field Breaks Records in Boston

Gillis, Eisner, and Horner all set new school marks

BOSTON Colgate competed at the Boston Valentine Invitational this weekend hosted at the Boston University Track & Tennis Center.

WOMEN

Clare Gillis broke the school record in the 200m with a posted time of 24.73s. Gillis finished 10th in the event.

Sara Tabibian placed fourth in the 400m with a time of 57.06s.

Kiran George logged a fourth place finish in the high jump with a leap of 1.63m.

MEN

Cole Blair brought home the gold in the long jump with a leap of 7.04m. This is Blair's second first place medal of the season in the long jump.

Ethan Eisner broke his own school record in the 200m running a blazing 21.37s. Eisner finished fifth in the event.

Ben Horner broke the school record in the 800m with a time of 1:51.16. 

UP NEXT
The Raiders will compete in the Class of 32 next weekend before preparing for the Patriot League Championships that will take place from March 1 - March 2.
