Indoor Track: Competed in 6 meets… Finished 1st in the long jump at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational… Finished 4th in the long jump at the Penn State National Open and the Sykes & Sabock Challenge.. Placed 6th in the triple jump at the Patriot League Indoor Championships.

Sophomore (2022-2023)

Outdoor Track:  Competed in seven meets ...  Finished 4th in the men’s triple jump at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships with a distance of 14.35m … Scored a 2nd place finish at the IC4A Outdoor Championships in the men’s long jump … Won the men’s long jump at the Wake Forest Invitational ... Finished 5th in the men’s long jump at Raleigh Relays … Earned a Spot at the NCAA East First Round Qualifiers and finished 16th.
Indoor Track: Competed in eight meets … Finished first in the men’s long jump at the Greg Page Invitational, Southern Tier Invitational, Ramapo College Opener, Colgate Class of ‘32 Invitational, Patriot League Indoor Championships and the IC4A Indoor Championship … Finished first in the heptathlon at the Utica Blue & Orange Invite …  Holds the school record in the heptathlon and men’s indoor long jump … Ran a time of 7.14 in the men’s 60-meter at the Colgate Class of ‘32 Invitational.

Freshman (2021-22)
Outdoor Track: Participated in seven meets ... helped 4x100 relay team to a seventh place finish at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational ...finished second in the long jump with a leap of 6.79 meters at the Lafayette Open ... also placed second in the long jump at the UB Spring Opener .... became Colgate's first individual Patriot League Champion in 10 years after winning the long jump with a personal-best leap of 7.30 meters.
Indoor Track: Competed in five meets... took third place in the long jump at the Rampo College Season Opener ... won the long jump at the Colgate Class of '32 Invitational .... logged a leap of 6.84 meters and placed ninth in the long jump at the Patriot League Indoor Championship.

Before Colgate
Earned Team MVP at East View High School in 2021…Served as a captain during his senior year…Received Patriot Pride Award in 2020…Broke the school record in the 4x400 meter relay for the second time at the state championships…Helped East View claim an area championship in 2021…Also earned all-state honors on the basketball court.
