Outdoor Track: Ran in 4 meets...Set personal best 11.40s in 100m dash at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational...Finished second in the 400m hurdles at the Maryland Invitational
Indoor Track: Ran in 7 meets… Ran a personal best in the 200m at the Patriot League Indoor Championships with a time of 22.57… Ran a personal best in the 60m at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational with a time of 7.26… Ran a personal best in the 60m hurdles at the Penn State National Open with a time of 9.14… Member of the men’s 4x400m team finishing 4th at the Patriot League Indoor Championships.

Outdoor Track: Ran in seven meets… Ran a time of 22.78 in the men’s 200m for a personal best at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational… Finished fourth at the Holy Cross Invitational in the men’s 400m hurdles with a time of 57.35… Ran a personal best at the Bison Outdoor Classic in the men’s 400m with a time of 50.48.
Indoor Track: Ran in seven meets… Member of the men’s 4x400 team who finished fourth at the 115th Millrose Games and sixth at the Patriot League Indoor Championships… Ran a season’s best in the men’s 400m at the Patriot League Indoor Championships with a time of 50.69… Finished second in the men’s 200m with a time of 22.99 at the Colgate Class of ‘32 Invitational

First Year (2021-22)
Outdoor Track: Competed in six meets ... placed ninth in the high jump at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational ...helped 4x400 meter relay team to a third place finish at the Lafayette Open ...took fourth in the 400-meter dash at the at the Holy Cross Invitational. 
Indoor Track: Participated in five meets ...took first place in the high jump and also helped his 4x400 meter relay team to victory at the Colgate Class of '32 Invitational ...was member of distance medley relay team that took first at Utica Pioneer Invite ...finished 14th in the high jump at the Patriot League Indoor Championship. 

Before Colgate
Was named to the Winter All-Ivy Prep League Second Team in 2019-20 while competing at Poly Prep…Helped the team win the 2019-20 NYSAIS Indoor Championship…Served as a captain during his senior year.
