Outdoor Track: Ran in 5 meets...Finished first in the 5000m run at both the Maryland Invitational and Hamilton College Continental Invitational...Ran personal best 30:54.95 in the 10000m run at the Bison Outdoor Classic
Indoor Track: Ran in 5 meets… Finished 1st in the 5K at the Ramapo College Opener… Ran a personal best in the 3K at the CNY Valentine Alternative with a time of 8:34.69… Placed 3rd in the 3K at the Southern Tier Invite.

Sophomore (2022-23)
Outdoor Track: Ran in five meets… Ran a time of 4:09.80 in the 1500m at the Holy Cross Invitational for a 12th place finish... At the Bison Outdoor Classic ran the 5K with a time of 14:53:36.
Indoor Track: Ran in five meets... Ran a time of 8:42:68 in the men’s 3K… Finished fifth in the 3K at the Ramapo College Opener… Finished first in the mile at the Colgate Class of ‘32 Invitation with a time of 4:33:47… Member of the distance medley relay at the Patriot League Championships.

Freshman (2021-22)
Outdoor Track: Participated in all seven outdoor meets …took sixth in the 3000-meter run at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational ... placed second in the 5000-meter run at the Holy Cross Invitational. 
Indoor Track: Competed in three Indoor meets  …won the 3000-meter run at the Colgate Class of '32 Invitational ...helped his distance medley relay team place ninth at the Patriot League Indoor Championship.

Before Colgate
Competed in Cross Country and Track at Newton High School and the Dual County League...was Dual County League All-Star in 2019 and 2020 in Cross Country...Career bests include 5k:16:22, 2 mile 10:00 and 1 mile 4:40.
