Indoor Track: Ran in 5 meets… Member of the men’s distance medley relay at the Patriot League Indoor Championships earning a 3rd place finish and breaking the school record with a collective time of 9:53.21… Ran a personal best and finished 3rd in the 1K at the Southern Tier Invite… Finished 6th in the 800m at the Ramapo College Opener.
Sophomore (2022-23)
Outdoor Track: Ran in six meets…Sported a second-place finish in the men’s mile at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational with a time of 4:21:18… Finished 12th in the men’s 800m at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships.
Indoor Track: Ran in six meets… Finished ninth in the men’s 800m at the Indoor IC4A Championships with a time of 1:51:95… Ran a time of 1:09:25 in the men’s 500m at the Southern Tier Invitational to place first.
Freshman (2021-22)
Outdoor Track: Participated in all seven meets ...placed sixth in the 1500-meter run at the Lafayette open with a time of 4:06.55 ...notched a fourth-place finish in the 800-meter run at the Holy Cross Invitational.
Indoor Track:Â Competed in six meets... won the 800 meter-run at the Colgate Class of '32 Invitational .. helped his distance medley relay team take first at the Utica Pioneer Invite.
Before Colgate
Was a First Team All-Area honoree in 2021 at Conestoga High School…Named to MileSplit US Second Team in 2021…Won the 2021 Central League Championship in the 800 meters…Was a three-year varsity captain and earned Rookie of the Year as a freshman.
