Outdoor Track: Ran in 7 meets...Ran personal best 21.81s in 200m dash at Patriot League Championships...Finished fourth in the 400m dash at the West Point Twilight...Placed second in the 4x100 relay at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
Indoor Track: Ran in 7 meets… Member of the men’s distance medley relay at the Patriot League Indoor Championships earning a 3rd place finish and breaking the school record with a collective time of 9:53.21… Holds the school record for the indoor 400m with a time of 48.89 at the Patriot League Indoor Championships… Ran a personal best in the 200m with a time of 22.20 at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge… Finished 1st in the 400m at the Southern Tier Invite… Member of the men 4x400m team finishing 3rd at the Ramapo College Opener.

Sophomore (2022-23)
Outdoor Track: Ran in seven meets… Ran a time of 22.30 in the 200m for a fourth place finish at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational….Finished fourth at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships with a time of 48.79…. Member of the 4x400 team with a first-place finish at the Holy Cross Invitational… Also a member of the 4x100 team that holds the school record with a time of 41.42.
Indoor Track: Ran in seven meets… Member of the men’s 4x400 team which finished fourth at the 115th Millrose Games and 6th at the Patriot League Indoor Championships…Finished seventh in the men’s 200m at the Southern Tier Invitational… Indoor personal best of 50.99 in the men’s 400m

Freshman (2021-22)
Outdoor Track: Participated in five meets ... placed third in the 200-meter dash at the Lafayette Open ...posted a PR in the 400 and took third place at the UB Spring Opener ...helped 4x100 relay team place fifth at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship.
Indoor Track: Competed in five meets ...placed second in the 200-meter dash at the Colgate Class of '32 Invitational ...took third place in the 200 at the Utica Pioneer Invite. 

Before Colgate
Was named to the Central Piedmont All-Conference team while competing for R.J. Reynolds High School…Earned Team MVP in 2021…Helped the Demons reach finish second at the 2018 4A Midwest Regional.
