Biography

Senior Year (2012-13): This two-year assistant captain played in all 35 games this season...led the team in total points and goals scored with 26 overall points on 18 goals (tied for fifth in program history) and eight assists...broke Colgate's record for power play goals in a season by tallying nine...also recorded two game-winners against RIT and Union...recorded a season-high two power play goals in a 3-3 tie with Princeton on Nov. 3...posted a season-high three points twice on the season in games against UConn and RIT...notched her second career hat trick against RIT on Jan. 12...had a season-high eight shots against Dartmouth on Feb. 15...finished with 22 blocks and 130 shots with a 3.71 shots per game average...also averaged 0.51 goals per game, 0.23 assists per game, and 0.74 points per game...finished fourth in program history with 108 career points, making her only the sixth ever player to reach to the 100 point mark...also sits ranked third with 57 career goals, tied for 10th with 51 career assists, tied for first in career power play goals with 24, and is third in career game-winning goals with nine...named the team's Offensive Player of the Year.

Junior Year (2011-12): Played in 31 of the team's 33 games...led the team in points all season...completed the season with 29 points frm 13 goals and 16 assists...had a team-best five power play goals, which is tied for 11th in program history for most power play goals in a season...also tallied one short-handed goal, one game-winner, and two unassisted goals...recorded her first career hat trick with three goals and one assist for four points against Vermont on Nov. 26...had a career-high seven points from two goals and five assists against Lindenwood on Oct. 15, which is ranked second in program history for most points in a game...also had four other multi-point games...had three points from two goals and one assist against Lindenwood on Oct. 14, had one goal and one assist against Syracuse on Jan. 2, and had a pair of assists against both Yale on Oct. 29 and Dartmouth on Jan. 20...also scored goals against Syracuse on Oct. 19 and Jan. 2, Union on Jan. 7, Princeton on Jan. 13, Quinnipiac on Jan. 14, and Brown on Feb. 11...recorded a career-high nine shots against Lindenwood...had a total of 118 shots in the season, averaging 3.81 shots per game...also averaged 0.42 goals per game, 0.52 assists per game, and 0.94 points per game...

Sophomore Year (2010-11): Played in all 33 games and started in 13...completed the season with 33 points from 15 goals and 18 assists...led the team in scoring, points and assists...had a goal and an assist against Wayne State on Oct. 23 and against Niagara on Nov.13...tallied two goals and an assist against Syracuse on Nov. 23...recorded four points against Clarkson on Dec. 3 with a goal and three assists...had a pair of assists against Rensselaer on Jan. 28...scored two goals against Brown on Jan. 7 and then again on Feb. 12...tallied a goal and an assist against Rensselaer on Jan. 15 and St. Lawrence on Feb. 4...scored seven power play goals and three game-winners...she is sixth in program history for points in a season, and tied at ninth for goals in a season.

Freshman Year (2009-10): Played in all 36 games … led rookie class in scoring and finished third in scoring overall … registered 11 goals and nine assists for 20 points … served a team-high 60 penalty minutes … made 10 blocks … recorded three power-play goals … registered two or more points on five occasions … had three game-winning goals and one game-tying … had her best outing at Syracuse on Jan. 2 tallying four points off of two assists and two goals including the game-winner in overtime … recorded the game-winning goals against Brown on Dec. 4 and at Connecticut on Oct. 17 … totaled 92 shots … named ECAC Rookie of the Week on Jan. 4 ... named to the ECAC Hockey All-Academic team.

Before Colgate: Phillips played three seasons for the Westman Wildcats, serving as the team captain in 2008-2009. . .recorded 79 points in 44 games from 47 goals and 32 assists last year to help crown the Wildcats as the Esso Cup National Champions. . .skated for U-18 Team Canada that played in Lake Placide in 2008 and won the silver medal in Fussen, Germany in 2009. . also attended the 2009 U-22 Team Canada Stregnth and Conditioning Camp. . .was named the 2009 YMCA Woman of Distinction for showing community service and serving as a role model, also played varsity softball, volleyball, badminton, and track and field at Hartney School.
