Senior Year (2012-13): This assistant team captain saw action in all 35 games for the Raiders...recorded a season-high two shots against RIT on Jan. 12...also posted shots against Yale, Syracuse, Brown, and RPI...had a season-high four blocked shots twice this season against UConn and No. 2 ranked Harvard...ended with 39 blocks and nine shots...sits tied for sixth in program history with 137 games played throughout her career...earned the Marian LeFevre Coaches Award and named to the Raider Academic Honor Roll.

Junior Year (2011-12): Played in all 33 games…completed the season with a total of seven points from seven assists... tallied an assist against No. 3/3 Cornell, Robert Morris, Vermont, Princeton, Yale and both games against Lindenwood…tallied two shots in three games against Cornell, Princeton and St. Lawrence...averaged 0.55 shots per game from a total of 18 shots in the season.

Sophomore Year (2010-11): Saw action in all 33 games, starting in nine...completed the season with nine points from three goals and six assists...had a two-point game against Connecticut on Oct. 15 with a powerplay goal and an assist....tallied goals against St. Lawrence and Clarkson...recorded two assists for two points against Niagara on Nov. 13...also had assists against Brown, Rensselaer, and Dartmouth.

Freshman Year (2009-10): Played in all 36 games … scored first collegiate point and goal at Boston College on Oct. 10 … registered 14 penalty minutes … made 12 blocks … had 20 shots. 

Before Colgate: Hootz played for the Edmonton Thunder this past year, as the top defenseman. . .helped guide the Thunder to first-place in the Alberta Major Midget Female Hockey Leage and second-place in the Macs Midget Hockey Championships. . .was selcted to the Alberta Major Midget Female Hockey League All-Star team as a defender. . .recorded two goals and 14 assists in 30 games her senior season.
