CAMBRIDGE, Mass.  – Colgate Women's Hockey took an early 1-0 lead at No. 9-ranked Harvard here Saturday night but saw the Crimson rally back to earn the victory 6-2.
 
The Raiders watched sophomore Megan Sullivan tally her sixth goal of the year just 72 seconds into the game, handing them the 1-0 lead right off the bat.
 
Unfortunately, the hosts knotted the score with a little more than four minutes remaining in the period, sending the teams into the first intermission tied at 1-all.
 
Harvard then flipped the script and scored 88 seconds into the middle period to take a 2-1 edge. The Crimson added another tally with two minutes remaining, creating a two-goal gap between the teams.
 
The final frame belonged to the hosts and despite a goal from Shelby Perry 16:37 into the period the Raiders ultimately fell to their nationally ranked foe.
 
Ashlynne Rando finished with 20 saves before Julia Vandyk came in for relief notching two saves.
 
The Raiders have two days off before hosting rival Cornell on Tuesday for a 7 p.m. matchup in Starr Rink. Live stats and video will be available at the start.
