Sydney Marsh joined the Raiders as Director of Player Support & Creative Media in October of 2021. Her main responsibilities are to assist the team with social media efforts, including Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, and to aid players in development tasks such as career exploration and community engagement. She helped develop and now manages the Rising Raiders program, a youth mentorship initiative for local girls hockey players.

Marsh earned her Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Athletics Administration from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in May of 2021
