Before Colgate
Lala played three seasons of varsity lacrosse at Loyola Blakefield, helping the squad reach the MIAA semifinals as a senior in 2023…was named team captain for his final season…also played club for FCA and served as team captain. 
Honors: Picked up Second Team All-State and Second Team All-Metro honors in 2023…was chosen to the Nike National Team Baltimore from 2019-2022…also earned a spot on the Under Armour Underclass Team in 2020.

Family: Son of Kathleen and Donny Lala…has two brothers Andrew and Matthew, and one sister, Katie
 
Lala on why he chose Colgate: “I first loved the campus of Colgate, as it is beautiful and spacious. But what really drove my decision was the people and academics. Coach Karweck and the rest of his staff were supportive through my process. Colgate has great people, great academics, and a highly competitive athletics environment, which led me to choose Colgate.”
