Van Dam is a 2024 graduate of Providence Day School, where he was a four-year member of the varsity program…served as team captain during his junior and senior seasons…helped the Chargers win the 2021 NCISSA State Championship.
Stats: Picked up 127 ground balls and logged 81 caused turnovers while tallying 25 points during his high school career…scooped up 55 ground balls and caused 35 turnovers while recording 16 points as a senior. 
Honors: Was a two-time NCISSA All-State selection (2023, 2024) and a 2024 High School OT North Carolina Defensive Player of the Year finalist…earned Academic All-American honors in 2023 and was a member of the National Honor Society and the Chinese National Honor Society.
