Before Colgate

Bridgette Street joined Colgate as an assistant field hockey coach in March 2022.
 
Street joins the Raiders after serving as the head coach at Lincoln Memorial University during the 2020-21 season. She established the field hockey program at LMU, bringing in its first recruiting class.
 
Prior to her time at Lincoln Memorial, Street spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Queens University Charlotte. During the 2018 season, she helped guide the team to a runner-up finish in the South Atlantic Conference tournament. In 2019, the Royals won the SAC regular-season title and finished as tournament runners-up again, while boasting the SAC Defensive Player of the Year and two SAC All-Tournament players.
 
Street spent three seasons as the assistant field hockey coach at Muhlenberg College from 2014 to 2017. She played a key role in helping develop the school’s program. During the 2016 season, she guided the Mules to an 18-3 record and ECAC Championship, while coaching the Centennial Conference Player of the Year and Scholar-Athlete of the Year as well as the South Region Player of the Year.
 
Street was the head coach at Alderson Broaddus University from 2017 to 2018. She coached the 2017 NCAA Division II All-Star Senior Game in Louisville, Ky.
 
Additionally, Street served as a head coach with True North Field Hockey Club from 2015 to 2017 and also spent 10 seasons with the US Field Hockey Futures Program from 2012 to 2021.
 
Street received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Appalachian State University in 2012 and went on to earn her master's degree in political science from App State in 2014.
 
A four-year starting goalie on the Mountaineers field hockey team, Street finished her collegiate career with 608 saves which rank third-best in program history. She served as team captain from 2010 to 2011. Street was also a State Games of America participant earning a silver medal in 2009 and participated in the USA Field Hockey High-Performance Program during her collegiate career.
