Before Colgate
Lavelle joins the program as a walk on. A 2024 graduate and 2023 team captain for Fayetteville-Manlius High School, the Goalkeeper logged 160 career saves with an impressive .870 save percentage, including 73 saves as a senior. He earned 2023 First Team All-Region, First Team All-County, Section III All-League All-Star, and team Most Valuable Defensive Player honors while guiding the Hornets to a Section III Championship, Regional Championship, and a third-place finish in the NYS Tournament in 2021. On the club circuit, he competed for top regional programs including the Syracuse Development Academy and New York Rush Select, capped by reaching the 2024 New York State West State Finals.
