VESTAL, N.Y. - The Raiders dropped a five-goal thriller to Binghamton on Sunday in Vestal, N.Y. A late Bearcats goal gave the hosts a 3-2 win and stifled a Colgate comeback.
COACH HOKANSON'S COMMENTS
"Kudos to Binghamton, they are a very dynamic team and they presented some difficult pictures for us. I was proud that we responded when they went up in the second half, but obviously disappointed to allow them to score off the corner. Happy to add two more goal scorers on the score sheet, which bodes well for the team moving forward. And all in all, there are some really great things that we can take away from this game for sure, but hopeful we can convert this type of performance into wins as we near conference play."
