LEWISBURG, Pa. – Colgate's 400 Medley Relay team captured a bronze finish to headline the women's swimming and diving team's success in Day 2 of the Patriot League championship Thursday night inside Bucknell's Kinney Natatorium. 

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The 400 Medley quartet of MG King, Natalie Hofer, Audrey Collins, and Lucy Art became Colgate's first relay team since 2014 to earn a podium finish. Art touched the final wall with a third-place time of 3:41.17, trailing Army by less than two seconds.
• Audrey Collins landed in the A Final for the 200 IM and nearly came away with a podium finish, placing fourth with a time of 2:01.68, less than a second outside of the top three.
• MG King secured a second-place finish in the B Final (10th overall) with a time of 4:56.10, two seconds faster than their seeding time. 
• Brooke Garretson clocked in with a time of 2:04.07 in the 200 IM, good for a fourth-place finish (12th overall) in the B Final.

UP NEXT
The Raiders gear up for Day 3 of the Patriot League championship. Preliminary races are set to begin at 10 a.m. on Friday morning.
