HAMILTON – The Colgate men's hockey program has announced details for this weekend's Silver Puck Weekend, scheduled for Nov. 8-9 as the Raiders host Yale and Brown.

A bi-annual event, Silver Puck gets underway with the drop of the puck against Yale on Friday, Nov. 8 at 7 p.m. All former Colgate men's hockey student-athletes and Silver Puck members may reserve complimentary game tickets while supplies last. After the Raiders' first ECAC Hockey matchup of the year, guests are invited for a reception and team meet and greet at Seven Oaks Clubhouse.
 
Saturday's festivities kick off with an open alumni skate from 8-10 a.m. at Class of 1965 Arena. After the Raiders face off with Brown at 4 p.m., the Silver Puck Banquet takes place at the Hall of Presidents on campus. Dinner is slated for a 7:30 p.m. start, after a cocktail hour beginning at 6:30.
 
This year's guest speaker for the Silver Puck Banquet is NHL on NBC hockey analyst Pierre McGuire. A former NHL coach who won a Stanley Cup with the Pittsburgh Penguins, McGuire writes for Sports Illustrated and is "Inside the Glass" on Wednesday nights and throughout the playoffs.

7:30 p.m. – Silver Puck Banquet | Hall of Presidents
