HAMILTON, N.Y. (11/4/10)
– The Colgate women's ice hockey team will host Dartmouth and 10th-ranked Harvard this weekend in the team's third and fourth ECAC Hockey games of the season. The Raiders (3-5, 1-1) will first play the Big Green on Friday, Nov. 5 at 7 p.m. followed by the Crimson on Saturday, Nov. 6 at 4 p.m., both at Starr Rink.

Harvard will be the fourth ranked opponent that Colgate has faced this season.

The Raiders are coming off a split weekend on the road with a loss against Princeton on Friday and a 2-1 overtime win over Quinnipiac on Saturday. Sophomore Jenna Klynstra (Edmonton, Alta.) scored both goals for the Raiders in the victory over the Bobcats.

LUCKY NUMBER FOUR
Five players on the team have four points this season. Klynstra leads the team with four goals and is joined by classmate Brittany Phillips (Lauder, Man.), who has two goals and two assists. Freshman Jocelyn Simpson (Shorewood, Ill.) has one goal and three assists, while sophomore Jordan Brickner (Lake Forest, Ill.) and junior Amanda Kirwan (Mississauga, Ont.) both have four assists apiece.

OVERTIME MANIA
Colgate has ended three of its first eight games in overtime. This is the most overtime games the Raiders have played in the beginning of a season since 2005-06, when Colgate ended its first three games of the season in the extra period. The team now has a 2-1 record in the additional five minutes, with overtime wins against Quinnipiac and No. 8 New Hampshire and a loss to No. 10 Providence.

THE SERIES
Dartmouth leads the all-time series with Colgate 23-5-2. The Raiders' most memorable win came in the first game of the ECAC quarterfinals during the 2008-09 season, when the team defeated the Big Green 7-6 in overtime. Friday's game will mark the 31st meeting between the two teams since they first met in 2001-02. Colgate won the last matchup 6-4 on Jan. 15, 2010.

The Crimson own a 15-1-2 record with Colgate. The Raiders' only victory was in 2006-07 when the team defeated Harvard 3-1 en route to reaching the semifinals of the ECAC Hockey tournament for the second time in school history and the first time in the team's history as a Division I program. The Crimson won the last meeting 5-1.

SCOUTING DARTMOUTH
The Big Green (2-0, 2-0) is on a two-game winning streak, with 4-1 wins over Brown and Yale last weekend. The team will play Colgate on Friday before playing Cornell on Saturday.

Dartmouth, which was picked to finish eighth in the preseason poll, is led by sophomore forwards Sally Komarek and Camille Dumais. Komarek leads the team in points with four assists while Dumais has three points off a goal and two assists.

SCOUTING NO. 10 HARVARD

The Crimson (1-0-1, 1-0-1) is coming off a 3-3 overtime tie with Yale and a 4-2 win over Brown last weekend. The team, which was picked to finish third in the preseason poll, will play No. 2 Cornell on Friday before traveling to Starr Rink on Saturday.

Senior forward Liza Ryabkina leads Harvard with three points. Ryabkina was named the ECAC Hockey MLX Skates Player of the Week after her three-point performance last weekend. She scored two goals in a tie with Yale on Friday and then scored her third goal in a win over Brown on Saturday.
