Indoor Track: Ran in 4 meets… Finished 2nd and ran a personal best in the mile with a time of 4:34.26 at the Colgate Class of ‘32 Invitational… Ran the 3K at the Ramapo College Opener and the CNY Valentine Alternative.
First Year (2022-23)
Outdoor Track: Ran in three meets… Finished eighth in the men’s 3K with a time of 9:03:71 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational… Scored a personal best in the men’s 5K at the Bison Outdoor Classic for a time of 14:56:37.. Finished third in the men’s 5K at the Lafayette Open.
Indoor Track: Ran in five meets… Scored a fifth place finish in the men’s 5K at the Ramapo College Opener .. Scored a personal best and a fifth place finish in the men’s mile at the Colgate Class of ‘32 Invitational with a time of 4:35:70.
