Indoor Track: Ran in 7 meets… Initially broke the freshman record in the mile and finished 1st with a time of 4:12.92 at the Ramapo College opener… Member of the men’s distance medley relay at the Patriot League Indoor Championships earning a 3rd place finish and breaking the school record with a collective time of 9:53.21…Ran the mile at the IC4A/ECAC indoor Championships.

Before Colgate
Earned EPC Cross Country First-Team honors and District XI First-Team honors in 2022-2023…Holds the school record at East Stroudsburg South High School in the 800m and 1600m…PIAA 3A State Medalist in the 800m (8th place) and in the indoor track mile (7th place)...Two-time captain for high school cross country team.
