A 2025 graduate of Rye High School... was a seven-year member of RowAmerica Rye club program... finished eighth in Men's Youth 2v 8+ at Youth Nationals (2025), second in Men's 2V 8+ at New York State Scholastic Championship (2025), second in Men's Youth 8+ at Saratoga Invitational (2025), second  in Men's 4+ at HOCR (2024), first in A Final Men's 4+ at RowFest (2024), fourth in A Final Men's 4+ at Youth Nationals (2024), first in Men's Youth 4+ at NY States (2024), and 14th (1st U17) in Men's 8+ at HOCR 2023... logged a 6:54.6 in the 2k and 22:31.3 in the 6k... was a three-time nation champion in the 8+ (2025, 2024, and 2023)... academically Waters was recgonized as an AP Scholar with Honor and AP Scholar with Distinction.
