Lauren Templin was named Assistant Director of Athletic Communications in July 2022.
Templin arrives in Hamilton after serving as the athletic communications graduate assistant for the past six months at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tenn. Templin was the primary contact for women’s basketball, golf, and men’s soccer.
Before her role at ETSU, Templin was a student intern during her undergrad at Niagara University, where she began working in the athletic communications office in 2018. During her time with the Purple Eagles, Templin wrote featured stories and created digital content. She also helped with the ESPN+ broadcasts during her final semester at Niagara.
A 2021 graduate of Niagara University, Templin earned her bachelor’s degree in sport management.
