Sean Cullen joined Colgate Athletics in July 2018 as director of football operations.

Cullen arrived after his graduation from Fordham, where he was a football operations assistant during his student days. He assisted the director of football operations with tasks such as recruiting events, coaching clinics, team meetings and game day activities.
 
Cullen also spent the summer of 2017 as a football operations intern for the New England Patriots.
 
"Sean is the first operations director we have ever had," Raiders head coach Dan Hunt said. "He has done it in our league as a student for a few years, so he knows the expectations. He is very smart and organized, and his efforts will make our entire staff more efficient."
 
Cullen graduated cum laude from Fordham with a degree in public accounting. He earned Dean's List honors in two academic years.
