Mikela McCauley joins Raiders

HAMILTON - Coach Guido announced the addition of Mikela McCauley to complete her staff for the 2026 season.

McCauley joins the Raiders after a year at Eastern Michigan where she served as the offensive coordinator. She led the offensive unit as well as helped with draw control specialists and goalie development.

"Mikela's experience with the draw and her eagerness to work with the offense is what really excites me," Coach Guido said. "She's motivated and wants to give the athletes an amazing experience but also help bring them to the next level. We are ecstatic about bringing Mikela onto the team."

Prior to her time at Eastern Michigan, McCauley worked as an undergraduate assistant at her alma mater, Vanderbilt. She was responsible for the draw unit, helped with offensive coordination, ran the scout team and compiled scouting reports as well as created practice plans.

McCauley was the head coach for a number of club teams after her collegiate career where she won AAC Freshman of the Week in 2020 and was the team's third leading draw control specialist. She also helped Vanderbilt to its first NCAA appearance in 11 years before becoming an undergraduate assistant due to medically retiring.

McCauley earned her bachelor of science in human and organizational development with a minor in business from Vanderbilt University in 2024.
