From the Source
• Colgate head coach Nicci Hays Fort: (On the early going) "We had good shots and had really good looks. It wasn't like we had bad possessions. We had some poor possessions in the second half, but in the first half we had really good possessions. We just didn't knock any down.
"And then we didn't get any stops. We dug ourselves a hole and were a little frantic. It was not the same defensive game that we played back at home against them, and that made a difference. We let too many people take non-contested shots, and they got out of their shooting slump a little bit."

Gate Grab Bag
• Attendance at Bender Arena was 287, including a solid Colgate contingent.
