J. W. Abrahamson Tennis Courts

The Joseph W. Abrahamson Tennis Courts serve as the outdoor facilities for Colgate's men's and women's tennis teams with eight regulation courts. They are located next to Sanford Field House and behind the Reid Athletic Center.

The courts were dedicated on April 24, 1994 in memory of Joseph "Joe" W. Abrahamson Jr. '58, coach of the men's varsity team from 1966-1992 with a record of 366-140-2 and coach of the women's varsity team from 1974-1992 with a record of 179-47. The courts were formerly called the Memorial Courts, Class of 1917. The courts were resurfaced most recently in August 2021.
